Temporary AI conversations

Ibbat does not save chat transcripts to its database or browser storage. A conversation exists only during the current page session. Clear the chat or leave the page to end it. Messages are processed by the AI service to generate a response; service operational logs may be handled under its applicable policies.

Keep sensitive information private

Do not enter passport numbers, bank details, identity documents, passwords or other sensitive case information into the AI chat.

Expert handoff

The WhatsApp handoff asks for explicit consent. It includes only a source tag (IBBAT), selected service and destination. WhatsApp handles subsequent conversations under its own privacy policies. No confidential case records are included in the public link.

AI and site information are general guidance, not legal advice or an official eligibility decision. Requirements change. Verify details with authorities, universities and qualified advisors. No visa, admission or residence outcome is guaranteed.

Consultation fees

AI guidance is free. Human consultations are paid. The team confirms fee, scope and appointment availability before a booking is agreed.
