Suppliers

Become an Ibbat supplier.

Business verification and a documented supplier assessment are mandatory before approval as an Ibbat supplier. Facility visits or independent audits may also be required according to risk, product and buyer requirements.

Free initial sourcing call. Product availability, specifications and commercial terms are confirmed individually.

Two areas of review

Business verification

Know Your Business (KYB) checks cover registration, ownership, authorized representatives, relevant licences and business records. Know Your Customer (KYC) checks concern the identity of relevant people where required.

Supplier document audit

The documented assessment covers production capability, facilities, subcontracting, quality processes and relevant labour, safety and environmental records.

These are Ibbat's onboarding requirements. A review does not establish universal legal compliance or independent certification. The scope of any facility visit or independent audit is agreed according to the relevant risks and requirements.

Planned workflow

Supplier records, supported by TraceLynk

We are preparing a TraceLynk-supported workflow to organize supplier verification documents, assessment records and product information.

Assessment and approval decisions belong to Ibbat and the relevant reviewers. TraceLynk is planned as a record-management tool; this website provides no automated verification or supplier account.

Understand the evidence

Supplier declaration
Information stated by the supplier; its source remains identified.
Reviewed document
A document examined by Ibbat or the relevant reviewer, with the review scope recorded.
Independent audit evidence
Evidence from a relevant third party, considered within its actual scope, date and status.

Confidential records stay private

Identity and ownership records must remain separate from publicly shareable product records. Secure handling is agreed during onboarding. This website accepts no identity documents or supplier files.
